A five-month investigation into Coldwater s methamphetamine supply by the Michigan State Police Southwest Enforcement Team resulted in the arrest of Paul Dirschell, 58, on two charges of delivering the drug to an undercover agent. 
According to the probable cause affidavit, Dirschell was identified as a possible local source of the drug after numerous possession arrests by troopers in Coldwater. 
MSP SWET Det. Paulino Hernandez said the defendant sold him 1.9 grams of the drug Jan. 7 from his home off North Michigan Avenue. 
Four days later, Dirschell was contacted again to purchase meth. When the undercover operative arrived,  Dirschell told him,  according to the police report, he was waiting for delivery of the drug.  ....
