Man who allegedly killed cop and two others at Cape Town hospital back in court
Ex-cop Jean Paul Malgas says his mental health is improving, after he told the court last month that he was severely depressed. He is charged with the murder of a policeman and two patients in Green Point's New Somerset Hospital.
