Port Huron Times Herald A man charged for allegedly killing another man aboard the retired Navy ship Grayfox rejected a plea offer Monday and will most likely head to trial. Reginald Grasty, 43, who is charged with open murder and disinterment/mutilation of a corpse, rejected an offer to plead guilty to second-degree murder.
