This free-of-charge version of the DesignSpark PCB offers a no-cost way for anyone to design their own printed circuit board. With many features only found in commercial software, it remains popular with individual users and smaller teams.
DesignSpark PCB PRO is intended to take this further by providing more advanced features that can really only be supported in professional PCB design software. The PRO version, which was introduced in 2019, offers organisations with larger engineering teams or more demanding requirements a low-cost, seamless migration path to advanced PCB design and manufacturing features.

DeepCubeâs scientists and engineers, all of whom are expected to join Nano Dimension upon closing of this transaction, are AI/ML/DL experts, veterans of defence forces, homeland security and governmental Big Data agencies, as well as academic and industrial research institutions.
Altium unveils Nexar cloud platform Altium has launched Nexar, a cloud-based partner platform that s been designed to connect Altium 365 PCB design users and their companies with the software, suppliers, and manufacturers.
Over 5,000 companies and 11,000 users have already adopted the Altium 365 cloud platform for electronics design and the introduction of Nexar will mean that partners can join this ecosystem to make software and services available to Altium 365 users.
