Indian IT company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has sent memos warning of disciplinary proceedings to employees who do not comply with the company's Work from Office norms.
TCS is followed by Amazon (2) and Morgan Stanley (3) in the '2023 Top Companies India' list prepared by LinkedIn.
The TCS COO also explained that currently AI has reached a stage where it has surpassed the abilities of IT workers.
TCS Q4FY23 results: TCS Chief HR Officer Milind Lakkad said the IT firm's headcount has increased by 22,600 people in FY23, including net addition of 821 employees in Q4FY23
The company noted that as a part of the new multi-year partnership they will build a scalable foundation for a digital core for Sainsbury’s. Additionally, TCS will also provide end-to-end managed services for modern workplace services, network connectivity, and security.
