Caledon Mayor Annette Groves’ former husband has been ordered to stay away from councillor David Sheen for six months as a condition of accepting a peace bond in Ontario Court of Justice on Dec. 6. On Sept. 21, Terry Groves, 67, was charged with uttering threats during an alleged verbal dispute with Sheen at a public open house at Caledon Town Hall on Sept. 19.
