There's been a lot of dispute, big point of contention about how fast or slow netflix is on those big pipes, those broadband pipes controlled by comcast. netflix has been battling with broadband providers. it's a huge issue. the pipeline is only so big and at its peak primetime peak netflix content fills up 32% of that pipe. that want create as traffic jam, a slow down and until now it's always been whose fault is that. it is the people who own the pipe or the people who own the stuff that goes through the pipe. >> what if you have a different cable provider? >> still waiting on that. comcast ...
