“我们会按老师自愿的原则来进行课程的安排。”教务处副主任李光华告诉记者，每年暑假前夕，学校先排出所开课程的课程表供老师选择，老师再按照自己的时间进行选择，学校不做强制的要求。如果老师临时有事不能参与，学校也准备了备选方案，保证所开课程有老师辅导。
据悉，麓山国际实验小学的“名校名师公益行”从2019年开始，已经连续开展了3年，期间不收取学生费用。“虽然‘公益行’针对学生是免费开放，但学校会给予参加‘公益行’的老师适当补助。希望以此解决家长暑期‘看护难’的问题，让孩子们度过一个安全的假期。”李光华告诉记者，接下来，学校还将进一步完善“名校名师公益行”的各个活动。
