Bellevue fire faces brown outs amid need for more firefighters
The Bellevue fire chief says while they've hired enough firefighters to staff rigs, they don't have enough people taking overtime to fill gaps when someone takes leave or gets sick. This means sometimes a rig needs to go out of service.
