No points for style to tipsy beautician who crashed into police roadblock

PETALING JAYA: A beautician was arrested for alleged drink-driving after crashing into a roadblock near the Damansara Toll Plaza.
Petaling Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Nik Ezanee Mohd Faisal said the incident occurred at around 1.05am on Tuesday (March 9).
Our personnel were manning the roadblock when a car crashed into the cones, blinker lights and roadblock signage.
The driver was a 32-year-old woman who works as a beautician in Puchong, he said in a statement on Tuesday.
He added that the woman was taken to Petaling Jaya police headquarters by Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department personnel.
She was taken for a breath examination as she was suspected to be driving under the influence of alcohol, he said, adding that the Evidential Breath Analyser machine showed her blood alcohol level was above the permitted limit. ....
