The historic Corinium Hotel in Cirencester has new operators following the sale of the leasehold of the Grade II listed three-star hotel. The 20-year lease of the Corinium Hotel was sold off a guide price of £250,000. The sale price for the leasehold is undisclosed. The new operators of the Corinium Hotel, which is believed to date back to the 17th century, are David and Julie Sherriff. AN award winning Cotswold pub has been sold in an off-market deal. The Fox at Lower Oddington, a 16th century inn, has been sold to a private purchaser for an undisclosed price by real estate specialist Colliers, acting on behalf of owner Ian MacKenzie.
