RACV RACV today announced its support for the Victorian Government’s trial of an e-scooter hire scheme, which will see e-scooters available for hire by the public in two Melbourne metropolitan councils and one regional council. The announcement of the trial comes off the back of RACV’s submission to the National Transport Commission almost 18 months ago, where RACV called for the implementation of a national framework for personal mobility devices such as e-scooters.
