Defending champion and current divisional point leader Adare Castle added another Ontario Sires Stakes Gold Series victory to her resume, equalling her lifetime mark in the $156,300 third leg division for three-year-old trotting fillies on Friday evening (July 22) at Woodbine Mohawk Park.

Mark Etsell's star trotting filly Adare Castle exacted vengeance from a runner-up finish in Ontario Sires Stakes (OSS) competition earlier in the month to return to Gold glory with a win in her division's $156,300 OSS second-preliminary split on Thursday (June 30) at Woodbine Mohawk Park.

Three-year-old trotting fillies started their Ontario Sires Stakes Gold season on Monday, June 6 at Woodbine Mohawk Park, and just like their pacing contemporaries it was upset win over a heavy favourite.
