LOWVILLE — State police arrested Peter R. Schroy, 55, Carthage, Friday on several charges stemming from a May 4 crash that killed Donald Gerber, 56, Carthage.
CARTHAGE — A Carthage man died and a second Carthage man was injured in a one-vehicle crash Thursday night on Route 26.
The driver, who survived, was airlifted to a Syracuse hospital after the accident near Carthage High School.
