140 i m down to 131. getting beat by this guy. come on. this is why you like to work out. kick my butt. beat by a 71 year old on the bike. what do you do when you do have a day when you have aches and pains, i take that day to do basic stretches. as we age we defiantly lose a lot of our flexibility which adds strain to our joints. so it s important to stay flexible to keep your mobility up. when you do cardio that s when your muscles are most warm and supple and that s the time for flexibility so that s a good time to do flexibility work on muscles that are tight. what is your favorite part about being physical fit at your age. the fact that i feel good when i get up in the morning. something to look forward to tomorrow. a few final tips. don t try to cram twenty years of missed workouts into one workout. ....
