A new oversight board for Orange County's Industrial Development Agency has fired the company that was set to earn up to $738,000 this year to run the office and its support programs for fledgling businesses. And, in another sudden change, Laurie Villasuso, the agency's CEO, resigned on Monday after almost 10 years with the IDA.
