Many BSc students of Rani Channamma University (RCU) in Hubballi are facing uncertainty over pursuing PG courses in biotechnology and microbiology at Karnataka University due to delayed results. If the students miss the opportunity to get admission in Karnataka University, they will have to wait for a year or apply to other cities or private universities. RCU students have been given reserved seats for these courses in Karnataka University. RCU authorities have been urged to declare the results early to avoid further delays.

According to recommendations made in the new National Education Policy (NEP), for students completing a four-year bachelor's programme with honours/honours with research, there could be a one-year master's programme.

The scholarship can be availed by students of postgraduate course only.

To be eligible to apply for postgraduate study at the University of Bath, students must check the entry requirements of their chosen course.
