Twenty-five years ago, Dan Jones was an experienced, well-regarded fire chief for the town of Chapel Hill. He had a reputation for pushing hard for safety upgrades. Among his top priorities was a recommendation that fire sprinklers be required in all multi-family housing, particularly fraternity houses. Alpha Phi Gamma midterm goodie bags fundraiser

Northern Star DeKALB- Alpha Phi Gamma will hold a fundraising event Tuesday. The sorority will be selling “good luck goodie bags” throughout the month of March, at a time where many students face midterms. While prices for the goodie bags vary, they all will contain “note taking materials and a handwritten letter,” according to the event page.
