The worst performance of the year. A lot of people may attribute this, and it is a good that it is through to the fed that pushed morgan rach up Mortgage Rates up. Two or three months ago when rates were higher, we have also had some bad rather bad weather. The final reason is that this is not the prime selling season. People drop off as you go into the winter and get closer to the holidays. People are buying less homes than they do in the summer. It is not good news for single which are condos, down.
