The incident at 75-year-old Phillip Ralph Russell’s house occurred April 13. According to the court documents in the case, the victim and her boyfriend, who is friends with Russell, were having dinner at Russell’s house. The victim was helping clean the kitchen after dinner while her boyfriend was in another room.
