Wall Opportunities and Wishes (WOW) is a non-profit agency that helps people with developmental disabilities or severe mental health conditions meet needs that cannot be met in any other way. WOW recently partnered with the local Department of Social Services’ Adult Protective Services, who identified that there are many people with developmental disabilities and several mental issues who are homeless.
