The group, which has over 20 members, has met several times via Zoom over the last few months to plan events and activities. In addition to an education campaign, members put up ribbons along McBride Avenue and around and in Dowling Gardens in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, and hosting a special exhibit called “In Their Shoes” on May 15 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Dowling Gardens to start.
