Woman claims Quebec man groped her days after conditional discharge for sexual assault
Public outcry has been building since the news that a judge granted the man a conditional discharge last month, partly on the basis of his good behaviour. Now, a woman says he groped her a resort in Cuba less than two weeks after the ruling.
