Hours of experience or flight time, we don t know what the background was. we don t know how much time how much time did this captain and first officer actually have in the a-320 airbus. and here in the united states our legacy carriers, they have substantially more flight time than that. this is a new entrant type carrier, low-cost carrier. they don t have a big pilot pool to draw from. so for that airline and that part of the world, that you know is basically relative. they are experienced pilots. the question s going to be what kind of training did they have from the airline to handle these kinds of weather conditions how to make decisions based on these weather conditions. and then how much help did they have from their own airline as far as the dispatchers in providing them the best available weather information for them to make good or bad decisions or a decision to retreat rather than to try to circumnavigate or even go through that thunderstorm line. okay. thank you both so m ....
