The search for a 4-year-old boy will continue along the Kings River after his 8-year-old sister was found dead after being swept away.
An 8-year-old girl died and a 4-year-old boy was missing Sunday after the two children were swept away in a central California river swollen from rapidly melting mountain snows.
Neither child wore a life jacket and the river the children were swept away in has been closed for recreational use due to hazardous conditions.
Following reports of children going missing in California’s Kings River, the body of an 8-year-old girl was found. However, another 4-year-old boy remains missing.
