One person perished in a house fire overnight north of Eunice, authorities said.

The Tulare County Sheriff's Office has issued an evacuation warning for the community of Pine Flat due to incoming storms.

Texas County, MO. - The Texas County Sheriff's Office, with help from the Howell County SWAT Team, and the Houston Police Department, have apprehended the prime suspect involved in the recent homicide of Nikki Goodchild of Eunice, MO. On March 29th, a search warrant was served at a residence on Pine Flat Drive near the residence of Nikki Goodchild. During the search Joshua Goodchild, 43 was arrested, and evidence was found implicating Joshua in the homicide.
