Carroll County’s Department of Recreation and Parks wants to make one thing clear: Piney Run Park in Sykesville is not closing.
Public input is being sought until this Friday on a new section of the Patapsco Regional Greenway in Carroll County and Howard County which is planned to run through the Sykesville and McKeldin area.
