　　原标题：教育部明确校外培训学科类范围（引题）
　　中工网讯（记者于忠宁）日前，教育部办公厅发布《关于进一步明确义务教育阶段校外培训学科类和非学科类范围的通知》。
　　《通知》明确，根据国家义务教育阶段课程设置的规定，在开展校外培训时，道德与法治、语文、历史、地理、数学、外语（英语、日语、俄语）、物理、化学、生物按照学科类进行管理。对涉及以上学科国家课程标准规定的学习内容进行的校外培训，均列入学科类进行管理。对于非学科类的范围，《通知》指出，在开展校外培训时，体育（或体育与健康）、艺术（或音乐、美术）学科，以及综合实践活动（含信息技术教育、劳动与技术教育）等按照非学科类进行管理。
　　记者注意到，此前中办、国办印发的《关于进一步减轻义务教育阶段学生作业负担和校外培训负担的意见》，对学科类、非学科类的校外培训治理工作进行了明确规定。对非学科类培训机构，各地要区分体育、文化艺术、科技等类别，明确相应主管部门，分类制定标准、严格审批，严禁非学科类培训机构从事学科类培训。对现有学科类培训机构逐步大大压减，解决过多过滥问题。
　　北京师范大学教授、国家教育咨询委员会委员钟秉林认为，校外培训机构在兴趣爱好类的校外教育供给方面具有优势，在学科教育方面也可以补差。要严格规范校外教育培训，同时也要注意发挥教育培训市场的有益补充作用。
