Duliajan township: One killed, four injured at Oil India Limited fatal pipeline explosion
The pipeline was repaired in Dibrugarh. The incident took place at Duliajan township. An official said, " There was a blast while the valve of the pipeline was being repaired. We are probing the reason behind it.The deceased was identified as Rabin Orang, a contractual worker".
