Discover Downstate Illinois, Formerly known as Illinois South Tourism is holding an Ice Cream Bracket Challenge The challenge will start soon and features some of our area's ice cream stops. Sweetie's in Wayne City is in the lower right quadrant of the bracket as they will face off with Oh Sugar of Waterloo. The winner of that gets Chilly Willy's in Olney.
