Should be disciplined or even terminated. so it does raise that question. but the other side of that coin is that police officers presubsequently have complaints lodged against them all the time. after all, they are in the very unique business of being authorized to go out on to the street and lay their hands on people. and those people will eventually usually be prosecuted. so it's no surprise that police find themselves commonly on the other end of the complaint about their conduct. so there has to be a very exacting investigation process. but the mere fact that an officer has had a complain...
