They have voluntarily decided to reduce the size. They have properly set it back to 4 feet. Its also setback three 3 feet on the west side of the property. It extends into the rear yard the same extent as adjacent to the property to the west. But they are maintaining, whats not a required side yard setback but they are maintaining some preservation concerns regarding the spacing and setting of the buildings.
