DUMMER â While no final decision was reached last Wednesday, many Dummer town residents at a public meeting on all-terrain vehicles favored restricting or eliminating their use on town roads. About 50 people, including residents of Dummer and other interested parties, came together at Dummer Town Hall to discuss the use of town roads by ATVs and whether the town should change its ATV ordinance.
