The new $104.5 million St. Cloud Tech High School is having a construction and development domino effect in the Granite City. The first domino to fall was the new school itself, which opened in fall 2019 on a campus at 3500 County Road 74, a mile northeast of Interstate 94 and the Trunk Highway 15 interchange in St. Cloud.
