Billy Bishop to host Heritage Fest June 17
The Billy Bishop Museum in Owen Sound invites the public to a free open house on Saturday, June 17, from noon to 4 p.m. in celebration of the Billy Bishop Heritage Fest. The free open house includes opportunities to view exhibits such as "Ground Truth: Stories of Canada's War in Afghanistan". Kids can fly into the clouds using their imaginations in the newly constructed activity room featuring a life-size Newport cockpit, drawing table and scavenger hunt.
