Sample preparation of soils according to DIN EN 16174:2012-11 for the determination of trace elements by ICP-M
In this application note from Analytik Jena, two series of digestion of the certified reference material (CRM) soil (NCS DC 73325), China National Analysis Center for Iron and Steel, Beijing, China, were performed. In each series, a different acid mixture was applied. The main objective of this investigation was to provide an accurate analysis method for evaluating the anthropogenic impact of a soil following the EN 16174:2012 regulation.
