Dillons Fuel Center at 4th and Plum now open The Hutchinson News On Friday, Dillon Stores celebrated the grand opening of the new Fuel Center at 429 E 4th Avenue in Hutchinson. The fuel center is located at the southwest corner of 4th Avenue and Plum Street, near Planet Fitness. The new fuel center offers service for fourteen vehicles, both gasoline and diesel fuels, with 24-hour service.  It also includes a service kiosk, complete with “on-the-go” items such as cold beverages, candy bars, and snacks. Dillons announced Thursday plans for a new off-site Dillons Fuel Center next to the Planet Fitness on East Fourth Avenue. Construction of the seven-pump station will begin Monday, with completion expected by spring, said Sheila Regehr, Dillons corporate affairs manager. On the southwest corner of Fourth Avenue and Plum Street, the site is located almost halfway between the Dillons stores at 725 E. Fourth Ave. and 206 W.
