Not one but two special counsel investigations. the previous special counsel investigation of trump was, of course, the mueller one. precious efforts to interfere in the 2016 election and try to get trump into the white house. you will recall that that investigation was effectively knee capped by political intervention. trump's handpicked attorney general william barr was installed in office, roughly a month before mueller turned in his report. barr then -- released a false summary of more mueller's findings, proclaimed trump exonerated and then attacked both the investigation and its findings...
