From The Tribune staff reports BIRMINGHAM — Center Point Fire & Rescue and Birmingham Fire & Rescue are on the scene of a commercial fire in the 1800 block of Center Point Parkway. The small shopping center, in east Birmingham, is the former home of The Rightway Tax Solution office but now has a “for lease” sign on the front.  It appears all four of the spaces in the strip mall were empty. Reginald Jermaine Nelson, 39, of Birmingham, and Tavares Prince Nelson, 39, of Ensley, are both charged with attempted murder and robbery.
