Sleiman Enterprises COO Michael McNaughton said the closed Stein Mart stores in two of its centers are in discussions for lease to new tenants. He said Sleiman Enterprises is working with two tenants for the Stein Mart at 1848 University Blvd. W. in Lakewood Promenade. The 30,000-square-foot store would be divided for lease. At Point Meadows, two companies want to lease the Stein Mart, although it will be leased to just one, McNaughton said.
