The budget is zero deficit in which economy is expected to grow at 7.5 per cent.
Excelsior Correspondent Srinagar, Dec 16: Director General of Police (DGP) Dilbag Singh who is currently on week long tour in Kashmir valley today visited Police Complex PCR Kashmir and Zainakot here. Accompanied by IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar and DIG Central Kashmir, Amit Kumar, the DGP first visited PCR Complex Kashmir and later visited Zainakot Srinagar, which are proposed sites for an NGO/OR Mess and a Police Housing Colony respectively for Jammu and Kashmir police personnel. At PCR, the DGP inspected various units and enquired about the facilities available to the Jawans. The DGP was briefed by SSP PCR, Shahid Mehraj, and other officers regarding the functioning of these units and facilities being provided to the police personnel.
