Political optics here are a grand slam for him as if he's using his power to stand up for hard working americans who felt left out and forgotten. the economic part you have to answer a couple questions. if you go back case by case basis, can you create consistency and stability in a policy. people will raise questions around whether or not economically it makes sense to provide help to carrier but not to another company, and he'll have to reach a point where he has to explain it. i hope what comes out of it is something more constructive. perhaps we'll begin to understand better as politicians...
