Hatcheries permitted within 200m of shore
Express News Service CHENNAI: The Coastal Aquaculture Authority (CAA) has allowed establishment of aquaculture hatcheries within 200m from the High Tide Line (HTL), despite reports of coastal pollution and objections by the fishermen.
