PLANS to revamp Halesowen Leisure Centre have been given the green light as part of a multi-million pound upgrade of centres across the Dudley borough. Halesowen Leisure Centre in Pool Road has been earmarked for a range of improvements to the gym, plus a new children’s play area, following approval of a planning application that was submitted earlier this year.
