Ustawa anty-TVN, po tym, jak w kontrowersyjnych okolicznościach przyjął ją Sejm, czeka na decyzję Senatu. Marszałek tej izby Tomasz Grodzki mówił w "Jeden na jeden" w TVN24, że jego zdaniem Senat zajmie w tej sprawie "radykalne stanowisko". Poinformował także, że zamówił trzy opinie prawne, które mają przygotować senatorów "do oceny tego, co się zdarzyło w Sejmie przy lex TVN, przy głosowaniu, przy reasumpcji".
