My phrase is poverty sucks. if you're poor, your housing sucks. your health care sucks. your relationships unfortunately are probably penalized. number one cause of divorce is money. number one reason they drop out of college is not academics, it's money. health issues, number one cause for stress, heart attacks is money. i'm not saying it's everything. but i'm saying it's real close. you can solve the poverty issue, at least radically address it, you can stabilize the other issues. in our neighborhoods that you and i care about, kids want to to be rap stars. i'm generalizing but unfortunately...
