Jammu Tawi, Nov 30: Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Thursday took note of the complaints filed by the citizens on JK-IGRAMS and directed for 'time-bound resolution of their grievances' and necessary steps for improving implementation.
