Arunachal Guv presents Citations to 4 & 116 Engineer Regiments
Uniindia: Itanagar, Aug 23 (UNI) Arunachal Pradesh Governor Brig (Retd) Dr BD Mishra on Tuesday presented the Governor’s Citation to 4 and 116 Engineer Regiments at Raj Bhavan here for their “good operational performance, effective assistance to the civil administration and valuable help to the local population”, an official communique said.
