In an unusual incident from Bengaluru, an auto driver came to the rescue of a passenger who had missed his train. The driver offered to assist the passenger in boarding the train at the next stop and managed to reach the station just in time. However, readers are urged not to encourage such acts that violate traffic rules and endanger lives.
Adil Husain was supposed to board Prashanti Express at 1.40 pm from SBC Railway Station in the city. However, he started at 12.50 pm to cover a distance of 17 km in the infamous Bengaluru traffic. He missed the train but was saved by an autorickshaw driver.
The auto driver sped through traffic, took as many shortcuts as possible to cover a distance of 27 km in just 25 minutes, and helped people catch the train. | Trending
The incident in question involved the overshooting of trains, with 08532 Visakhapatnam-Palasa passengers colliding with 08504 Visakhapatnam-Rayagada.
