Tony's Kansas City: More Deets On KCK Run Down Police Chase

What's the problem here? Police attempted to pull him over, he refused and fled, driving down the dark road with lights off until his vehicle couldn't continue, then he flees on foot until an officer bumps him with his truck. This obviously mentally-impaired man is LUCKY he wasn't killed in the episode. His attorney is an asshole, looking for a financial payout. I suppose police were also supposed to wait for him to shoot and/or physically assault them before surrendering and letting him go on his way? NO ONE should be defending this man's actions. Some are trying to destroy this country.
